Obon Odori Practice

From July 8 to 24 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: Bon Odori practices from 7:30-9 PM. The songs below will be performed this year for the first time—click on their links to see tutorial videos:

Both the Lantern song and Kangi-e were commissioned by the Buddhist Churches of America (learn more).

Ginza Bazaar

On Saturday July 27: the bazaar will take place in the gym from 2:00 - 7:00 PM.

Obon Odori

On Sunday July 28: Small Bites in the Austin garage from 10:00 - 1:00 PM, and Obon Dancing on Octavia from 1:00 - 3:30 PM. Let’s dance!
